my creative space

Mango Madness....



hubby brought 30+ mango's for $12....



so I'm creatively thinking of things to do with mango's.

Any idea's on what to do with them?!?
Thinking some sort of punch for my 30th on the weekend!!

Oh yum! I haven't had a mango yet this season. I've made a dinner called chicken with mangoes and it is pretty tasty. Happy Birthday for the weekend!:) xox

What about mango sorbet - pureed mango with some sugar syrup. And to jazz it up blend mango sorbet with some champagne - beautiful!
