"woohoo!"

Did you hear that?? It was me. At the postie.
I love my postie
It has arrived..

Far Far and Away from the lovely Corrie at Retro Mummy

If you follow my tweets you will know I couldn't decide which ones to get, how much to get etc. So I just got the lot!! Fat quarter cuts.
Thinking about a quilt. Like this one or this one. For the big girl!

And as a little extra, for spending all my fabric budget for the next 6 months with her, Corrie slipped in this gorgeous Melly & Me pattern!! So kind Corrie :)

But it will have to wait. Have other things to finish first....xox

some sewing...

Isn't this a lovely skirt pattern!? It's by Little Bird Patterns. I won it in a blog give away a few weeks back from from Shona at Funky Fabrix. Yes I am lucky and no I do not spend all my time trying to win stuff in blog land. I really am just that lucky!

And here it is made up! Miss 8 took the photo.

Miss 8 took this one too. Super easy to make. I used brown linen blend, more blend then linen I think. And the zip!! Too easy! Very pleased with how it turned out. Oh and I comes in sizes s-xl, nice!

And just because I realised there are no picture of bub #4 on there!! Best I can do with this little one, she really doesn't sit still.

in the post

In the post this week, just what I needed!!

Lovely pattern from the delightful Miss Fii. One of my favorite imaginary friends, or so my husband likes to call you guys out there in blog land!!
Miss Fii was a little naughty and added in an extra set of cards. Thank you! Check out her blog on where you can get yourself some Dear Fii loveliness.

Little boy is very happy with them also. He as named them and waiting to watch and sit on my knee to sew. As is Little Miss #1. Very excited about the teeny tiny one!
