Srips of colour on the back so if it's used on the floor it wont show up too much dirt :)
Finished size is about 110cm. Overall happy with it. Still not sold on the unisex thing...
What do you think? Would you call this unisex?
And another thing.....how do you take good photo's of quilts?! Seriously, I suck at it lol! xox

I love this quilt. I think it's unisex. I have to say that I especially love the back. Makes it reversible. I need to play with my spotty fabric too :-)

Re: Quilt photos, I always try and get them in good natural light, not direct sunlight, don't use a flash and the clothesline is usually the best spot to get a full frontal. Position your camera level with the very centre of the quilt and they will be less distorted if you are trying to get a whole quilt shot, although sometimes distortion is good. I love using the macro setting on my camera for a few close ups. Hope that helps.
As always Miss B you have out done yourself. The new bub - he or she will enjoy endless hours staring at those beautiful colours.
Looks so happy and fun! I think you could almost call it a boy's quilt - but could easly get away with it for a girl.
I have seen quilts draped over lounges before - which (If given enough light) seems to work ok. Have a play with it. Either way, it's a great quilt.
It looks fantastic and yes definitely something that I would like if I was having a bub and did not know the sex.

totally unisex, and I totally love it. Very cool, modern quilt. After being at a craft expo yesterday and not one of the quilts there were as cool as this. Did I say I love it?

It looks great - the spots, pinwheels and quilting. All of it, really. I think it works well for a girl or boy.
I'm a bit late - but I LOVE this! I adore the straight line quilting you have done. For some reason I struggle to quilt straight lines but am fine with stippling - go figure!
