Yep, I know, I rock! Poor dear husband has had to talk to the back of my head for the last few days but it is done and will be in the post first thing tomorrow morning. Easy peasy quilting, took a couple of hours tops, took longer to bind it! Better to have it done. Also, its for my step dad, he is a boy and really wont be looking too hard at the detail. I even did a hanging sleeve.
Thank you so much for leaving comments. Both here in blog land and over in the tree tops of twitter.
Gives me a big happy smiley face!

It is wonderful!
Well done you! It's lovely! I am about to start my first quilt that I do completely myself in the next few days...fingers crossed that it ever gets finished!
Wow. You're a superwoman. 4 kids and the ability to FINISH a quilt. Amazing - congrats.
That looks absolutely amazing. Do the waves go through the border as well? From what I can tell they're reasonably random - walking foot or darning foot? It looks really, really good. If I had any of those fabrics I'd get to and make one myself. Alas, I seem to have given them away!
Good to see the clothesline get a workout - even if it is only for the photo!
Thank you so much ladies!!
Bron - Yes the wave lines go all the way from one side to the other and I used my walking foot, not the best idea, next time I would use darning foot. And I did have clothes on the line, had to duck between undies to take the picture lol!!
Looks great, I better get my butt moving and make my quilt back so that I can finish something too!!
Looks fantastic, I am sure your step day will love it.
You crazy, talented, superwoman! It looks awesome. When are you going to blog again?? I need some entertainment in my life! LOL
Hope you are feeling ok
